The Upstairs Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms and across from the sofabed area. There is a bathtub with an overhead shower, plenty of storage in the sink unit and a heated radiator/towel rack.
Beautifully Decorated
The Mill has been beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings and accessories
throughout. Admire the unique mill features incorporated into the design: the original millstones,
exposed stone walls, flagstone floor, gearshaft and gearwheels as well as the bespoke
creations from our local blacksmith. The underfloor heating will keep you cozy throughout the
downstairs and there is a woodstove in the living room area for extra coziness. Keep connected
with family and friends using the unlimited 4G Wifi/Broadband, also suitable for streaming,
gaming, uploads and downloads. Perfect if you’d like to plan a workcation too. There is also an
EE 4G mobile signal, so you may have a mobile signal, depending on the mobile companies
that work from an EE mobile mast. Upstairs, you will sleep well in either of the comfortable
bedrooms and there is also a sofa bed area. There are two bathrooms: one upstairs with a bath
and overhead shower and one downstairs with a walk-in shower. There is a washing machine
and tumble dryer in the utility room provided for your convenience. We allow a well-behaved
dog by prior arrangement, so please get in touch prior to booking to discuss.

The Living Room
The spacious open-plan living and dining room at the mill is a great area to relax and spend time. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the lovely views, spot wildlife, read, play games, do puzzles, watch TV, have a wee nip of your favourite single malt whisky or other beverage. The Kitchen
If you enjoy cooking, our fully equipped kitchen will be perfect for you, with appliances including: an induction range oven & cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee maker. The kitchen table is the perfect spot for a cup of tea or a family breakfast.Amenities include: dishwasher, microwave, induction oven/cooker, coffee maker, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge/freezer, cooking & household essentials (salt/pepper, olive oil, spices, tea, instant coffee and freshly ground coffee, papertowels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, toilet rolls, laundry soap, two hairdryers, iron and ironing board, kindling and logs for the woodstove.

The Utility Room
The Utility Room is a great area to store your outdoor clothing and shoes after returning from a nice walk. Use our washing machine and tumble dryer or hang up your clothes using the outside drying area or inside airer as the underfloor heating will help to get your clothes dry in no time. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs.Make yourself at home!
The Bedroom
We’ve designed our bedrooms to give you a great night’s sleep. The super-king pillow top mattress in the Master Bedroom is sure to please even the lightest of sleepers. This room features a built-in closet with shelves and space to hang your clothing, as well as a dresser. A couch in the corner provides comfortable seating and the views out the windows are magnificent. Be sure to notice the twinkling stars outside from the skylight above the bed or use our black-out blinds for complete darkness.“The beds are very comfortable, super-king size with excellent mattresses and bedding which I

The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom can be arranged as two single beds or zipped together to make a super-king bed . . . just for you! Please let us know how you would like this room made up. This room features two tub chairs to lounge in, a mini balcony looking out over the road and beyond. A great place to watch the farmers when they are moving the sheep and cows to a different field or to and from the farms along the road. There is an open closet space to unpack your clothes, a writing desk to write postcards home. The two skylights make this room extra light during the day while being able to see the stars in the night sky or you can use the black-out blinds for total darkness.“This is such a lovely home with so much character”
The Sofa Bed Nook
Need some extra space for a guest or family? Let us make up our sofa bed nook for you. This sofa can quickly be reconfigured into a king-size bed. The skylight provides lovely light if you are using the space as a lounge area or a play area for children and has a black-out blind for sleeping.
